How to request your refund: contact us at kapyag7@gmail.com within 90 days of delivery, with your order number. One email is all it takes — we don't require you to send the item back or prove it's unused.

Damaged or incorrect items: please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can resolve it right away.

Refunds: once your refund request is approved, we'll issue it automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, contact us at kapyag7@gmail.com.

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal: if your order is shipped within the European Union, you also have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, in addition to our 90-day guarantee above. For this specific EU withdrawal right only, the item must be returned in the same condition you received it — unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
